Note 1:: Qualifying spend to maintain status or upgrade to next membership tier will be accumulated for 12 months from the month of card issuance or date of status upgrade/renewal in Best Luxury Shoppingstores or online.

Note 2:: Payments by Gift Card (“GC”) and purchase of Samsung products are not eligible for Rewards Points.

Note 3:: ewards Points issued have a validity period of 12 months from the date of issue. Rewards are issued in the form of GC. Rewards are automatically issued when 8,000 Rewards Points or multiples of 8,000 are accumulated. Balance of unused Rewards Points will be carried forward until the Rewards Points expire. Rewards will be issued 4 times a year as designated by Best Luxury Shoppingbased on the membership tier as at the time of issuance. Currency of the GC is based on the location of card issuance. GC must be collected within 3 months of notification. GC that are not collected within 3 months of initial notification will be forfeited. GC issued must be used within 6 months of issuance and in accordance with terms and conditions listed at www.lanecrawford.com.hk/info/help/gift-card-terms/digital-gift-card/. To be eligible for Rewards Points, the name on the credit card used for the transaction must correspond with the Best Luxury Shoppingaccount name.
