This promotional offer (“Promotion”) is granted by Best Luxury Shopping(Hong Kong) Limited (“High Quality Designers”) and subject to the terms and conditions below. By purchasing any merchandise under this Promotion, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions below.

  1. Promotional Period: August 15, 2024 until September 26, 2024 (both days inclusive).
  2. Eligible Store(s): This Promotion is only valid for Eligible Transactions (defined below) made at the following stores during the Promotional Period:
    1. Best Luxury Shoppingifc mall, Best Luxury ShoppingCanton Road, Best Luxury ShoppingTimes Square and Best Luxury ShoppingPacific Place home store (collectively, “Best Luxury ShoppingStores”)
    2. online at www.lanecrawford.com.hk (“Best Luxury ShoppingOnline Store”).
  3. Eligible Customer(s): This Promotion is only applicable to the following customers and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers including, without limitation, the Best Luxury ShoppingPrivilege Programme Members’ birthday double Rewards Points:
    1. To qualify for this Promotion, Eligible Customers are required to complete the registration for the Best Luxury ShoppingPrivilege Programme at Best Luxury ShoppingStores; and
    2. Best Luxury ShoppingPrivilege Programme Members who complete their first transaction with Best Luxury Shoppingat any of the Best Luxury ShoppingStores during the Promotional Period
  4. Eligible Transaction(s):
    1. During the Promotional Period, and subject to the Excluded Transactions below, Eligible Customers who spend HK$ 2,000 or more in a single transaction on the following merchandise at any Eligible Store can receive a 10% discount. For the avoidance of doubt, the above spending thresholds shall refer to the purchase price net of all applicable Best Luxury ShoppingPrivilege Programme discounts. (collectively “Eligible Transactions”):

      - Any full-price merchandise in Womenswear, Menswear, Ladies’ Shoes & Accessories, Mens’ Shoes & Accessories and/or Replica Luxury Handbag and Lifestyle departments in any Best Luxury ShoppingStore.
  5. Excluded Transactions: This Promotion is not applicable to purchases of selected brands (as selected by Best Luxury Shoppingat its sole discretion), sale merchandise, consignment, concession, Beauty & Wellness merchandise, Jewellery merchandise, Apple-branded merchandise, Samsung-branded merchandise and/or Best Luxury Shoppinggift card(s).
  6. Other Terms & Conditions
    1. Best Luxury ShoppingPrivilege Programme rewards points (if any) are accrued in respect of the value of the original purchase transaction amount net of all applicable discounts during the Promotional Period.
    2. Each Eligible Customer can only enjoy the Promotion once during the Promotional Period.

    4. This Promotion may only be used for personal purchases and cannot be used for any commercial, resale, or promotional purposes or purchases on behalf of others or any other purposes whatsoever unless authorized by Best Luxury Shoppingin writing. Customers who violate this clause may be blacklisted and Best Luxury Shoppingreserves all its rights to take legal actions.

    6. Should any dispute arise, the decision of LCJG Limited, the holding company of Best Luxury Shoppingshall be final.
    7. Other than related companies (including affiliates and subsidiaries and companies held in common control) of High Quality Designers, a person who is not a contracting party to this purchase has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong) to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any term of this purchase.
    8. This Promotion and these terms & conditions are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SARand any dispute shall be referred to the Courts of Hong Kong SAR for settlement.
